Almost all women want a great backside, but more often than not, maintaining a perfect bum is easier said than done. Cellulite happens to the best of us, and it usually occurs on our backsides and thighs.

For women, this can be one of the most significant challenges in their weight loss plan. The thighs and butt are where much of the fat is stored for females, making it hard to lose, according to Prevention Magazine. However, with skirts and skinny jeans being as popular as ever, having a cellulite-free backside is important for many ladies.

The good news is, there are several great ways to boost your backside, and you don't need any fancy equipment or a gym membership either. These moves could be just the thing to pair with your garcinia cambogia extract!

Find some hills
If you like to jog or walk for exercise, make it a point to spend around five minutes going up and down a hill or two. Inclines work out your thighs and glutes in a completely different way than running on a flat surface does. Once you are done with your run up a steep hill, you will notice the difference, as well.

They may not be the most graceful of movements, but getting your rear into shape isn't always pretty. To do a proper squat, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and parallel. Then, lower your hips as slowly as possible and squeeze your glutes as you rise back to the starting position.

This is an easy exercise for beginners looking to improve their rear end's appearance. All you need to do is begin with your feet hip-distance apart then take a big step backward or forward with either leg. Then, bend your knee and slowly lower your body. Be sure to not move your knee into a position lower than 90 degrees. Next, bring your legs back together and repeat the same movement on the opposite side.
