All you need to do is begin with your feet hip-distance apart then take a big step backward or forward with either leg. Then, bend your knee and slowly lower your body. Be sure to not move your knee into a position lower than 90 degrees. Next, bring your legs back together and repeat the same movement on the opposite side.
