If potato chips are more your thing, make kale chips or try baked pita chips or veggies chips to go with your favorite dip.
Baked fruit pies may seem harmless enough, but most recipes are loaded with sugar and butter, which is not exactly a smart choice for your weight loss plan. Fresh fruit slices (such as apples) with almond or cashew butter could be just the thing for your pie cravings.
Ice cream is a clear favorite for many, but it can easily be substituted for probiotic yogurt with honey or fresh berries. This way you can still load up on digestive health and calcium and satisfy your sweet tooth without the added fat and calories.
