At Dunkin' Donuts, the Egg White Veggie Wake-Up Wrap and an order of hash browns is only 350 calories and 18 grams of fat while the tuna salad sandwich on an English muffin is 23 grams of fat in 390 calories. If you're a Starbucks person, the Chicken and Hummus Bistro Box includes hummus, grilled chicken, grape tomatoes, cucumber and pita bread. Pair it with a banana for a healthy fast-food meal.

Popular favorites like Chipotle and Panera also offer healthy options, although they may not be your most well-liked choices. At Chipotle, go for three Barbacoa Tacos on tortillas with lettuce and tomato salsa. This meal has 405 calories while the Vegetarian Burrito Bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajita vegetables, lettuce and roasted chili-corn salsa is just 385 calories. At Panera, choose the Half Smoked Turkey Breast on artisan whole grain loaf plus low-fat garden vegetable with Pesto soup from the pick two menu for 320 calories. The Power Mediterranean chicken salad with baked Lays potato chips is 430 calories.
